The Key to the City documents are exclusive collectibles scattered across specific campaign maps. They do not spawn like normal lore documents. Players must fulfill exact match conditions to make them appear. : Insane or Extreme difficulty only. Game Mode : Campaign Mode (Online or Private Lobby). You can only carry one document per match. If you find a second, you cannot pick it up. Re-enter the offline Challenge menu
