The plugin was originally created by developer “Whaat” (Dale Martens) as a companion to his Subdivide and Smooth script. However, it quickly found widespread use in architectural modeling, 3D printing preparation, section rendering, and countless other applications. As one SketchUcation user put it, “Zorro is one of the most useful plugins I have (and I have a lot!). Very simple, but very very powerful”.
